Research shows people are much more likely to share misinformation on instagram than other platforms in the u k. The research was carried out by johanna's kaiser and christine baccari, looking at this issue of comparative norms. They wanted to embed people in their social relationships that actually transcend the platform. And they were particularly con arned with how that travels across these networks - it's not always governable by the nature of the environments that people inhabit.
