Major League Baseball's Concessions to Minor League Players
The only concession we're really aware of that MLB got is that they get the right to reduce minor league rosters starting in 2024. Players, if they sign at age 19 or older, then they're under the clubs control for six years and set as seven. And I guess the only significant concession on the other side, players also get some money during spring training.
