How Do You Cook Sea Food?
I cook a lot of asian food, because i love asian food. I tend to o japanese, chinese, indian plurries. But sea food features incredibly highlyn what i do an i live 20 metres from the fish market. People are waking up to the fact that it's a luxuryis expensive. When you're lucky enough to eat a piece of turbut a piece of sea brass is just wonderful. There is a wonderful diversity in our sea food ander, and it's so good.
