The Importance of Openness in Agile Development
In one scenario, it went well. Other team members felt they are putting a lot of effort. But the editing was just technical challenges. And so the prohibition period was extended and like we invested more into the training and it turned out well. Another situation where the person wasn't just self-driven after various talks and chats and various plans made development plans for a lot of micromanagement was needed. That was just unsustainable and you just had to let the person go. So yeah, that's my take on it. I've stopped. We use the agile approach and I've come across this once or twice. So it went both ways.
