Tax Cuts for Those With More Than $100 Million in Net Worth

Last year, we spent nearly $7 trillion and we only earned $4 trillion in tax revenues. Stimulus checks alone cost three times as much as student loan forgiveness. A new tax proposal floating around right now to help fund Medicare would increase income taxes for those earning more than $400,000 per year single or $450,000 per household. The 10 richest members of Congress all have net worth of more than $100 million.
