Are PCN's Making a Difference?
There is funding in the PCN contract and obviously that's expanded as time has gone on. Is there enough funding then in the network contract enhanced services? There are enough funding coming through to pay for all of that. Are you starting to see more and more PCN's then becoming official companies rather than this sort of loose collaboration they have been up till now then? Well, it's a question that's definitely live because as the ARS funds have grown, then the liability that sits with the employment has grown.
