Impostor syndrome is when you don't feel good enough would that be correct? Yeah and it's really so uncurfic because after like you said junior employees may feel they're way better than themselves. Once they kind of internalize the feedback you've been giving them can take the opposite approach and feel that they're worthless or useless.
