The more we learn the more we realize there is more to learn and so true masters, true experts know that they're only scratching this surface. Impostor syndrome is when you don't feel good enough would that be correct? Yeah and it's really so uncurfic because after like you said junior employees may feel they're way better than themselves. Once they kind of internalize the feedback you've been giving them can take the opposite approach and feel that they're worthless or useless.
