The word accountability is really loaded. This whole idea of we need to hold people accountable or you know, they need to be held accountable for their actions. And so it's kind of like a hot potato yet in leadership, as in most relationships, accountability is incredibly important for trust and consistency. It isn't kind of a gotcha kind of a mentality.
