Will Donald Trump Come Back to Twitter Before the Midterms?

Twitter's operational enforcement does not seem to have changed much yet. The input, what is going into the top of the trusted safety funnel has massively increased. It looks like that Elon taking over has been celebrated on a number of alternative platforms. There seems to be kind of a coordinated attempt to feel out the new rules.
