Dopamine and Homeostasis Intervention

I experienced true dopamine withdrawal I felt like my mood was extremely low. It helped to have a basic psychological understanding of dopamine and the way the phone is really kind of this trigger right so having that understanding helped me kind of go through this period with more equanimity, less-aversive feeling about it. The intervention unlocked this kind of hidden intelligence in terms of just putting aside this craving for the phone and reaching for the phone you know to try to avoid negative emotions according to Tibetan medicine.
