The Importance of Gratitude
The Prophet Salaahu Alaihi Wasallam enunciated every single letter and he repeated things. He spoke clearly and succinctly, right? And this is effective communication. The importance of expressing gratitude to people makes them feel appreciated. We are first to apologize; leaders need to exemplify and lead by example in giving apologies. An unintelligent adult is often the result and victim of emotionally immature parenting methods.
