Crossbeam - What's the Difference?

In the early days, our big competitor was Stitch who eventually sold to Taland. We said that we are going to promise that the data will be 100% correct and we will chase all the bugs. And Stitch said we're going to make a slightly less ambitious promise. It took a while for that sort of bug fixing flywheel to do its thing. But eventually there was this pretty significant quality difference in the, in the correctness of the data that you would get with biotran versus Stitch. That I think allowed us to pull ahead in the long run.
