i'm sure the folks at american express have their own personal internal guide lines as to how this shold be pronounced, and then every one of us will say it ever so sigly differently. It's just really difficult to actually intract with your device in a way that, especially if you're using your voice. And when you're using words that are difficult to pronounce, or nobody knows what ther right pronunciation is or the meaning isn't clear. Our language is terrible.
