The Danger of Mandatory Fun in Work Environments
What's wrong with our basic social interactions resembling the way we act at work? I was thinking about that as a kind of a mandate or a form that ends up filtering into daily life in the way we conduct our own relationships. There's a danger that when our lives become so intensely scheduled that even the fun we would plan and opt for ourselves becomes mandatory fun.
