The Book of Joy
The Book of Joy by the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Tutu from South Africa is a New York Times Best Seller for anyone that still reads books by the two Nobel Prize winners. They spent a week answering the question how can you two men who seem so much suffering be happy and joyful and laugh. The Dalai Lama every week talks to people who are walking over the Himalayas sometimes almost barefoot to escape being tortured in Chinese army prisons because they say the word Dalai Lama. He has these beautiful Tibetan teachings that none of us really quite completely understand but it seems really cool, he says.
