How Do You Want to Feel in Your Life?
If you are an overchiever kind of person who is thriving on the nonstop neck up routine, you likely feel a great amount of discomfort when you are given an opportunity to relax and be selfish. With this process, i would just invite you to start with a a question mark: How do you want to feel in your life? And after that, trace what needs a what needs some inner love from you. You can also trace the readily available, external sources of that feeling in your life. So for example, let's say you want to feels more important. That's something you can start working on with actions from yourself.
