Gas lighting is, i don't really need to change. I've got the right view of the world. It's you. Is that the dynamic? Yes, unfortunately, that's the dynamic. And it's certainly possible that people who were chronic gas lighters with therpy can work on changing themselves. They just think they're always right. The main delusion is thinking they're above delusion.
