The Dark Knight is really a crime fantasy epic. Transcendent Crime highlights the difference between what is legal and what is moral. I think more than any other superhero movie, The Dark Knight questions the value of the Savior itself. That's barely scratching the surface of how great this film is and how much I respect it.
