The Talmud Says, It's Better for Him to Die Innocent Than to Die Guilty
The talmud tells us why the tora has the miste of the wayward and rebellious son. The almighty is able to predict that some one, a young boy, who has this particular constellation of characteristics, 13 years old,. stealing money from his parents. When this particular set of circumstances happen, the mony knows for sure that he is going to develop a dependency on this kind of life style. And eventually he'll turn into a thief and a bandit and a murderer. Eventually he will be executed for his crimes. But to day, his crimes are very minor, says the tora. Let him die innocent and not die guilty.
