A lot of times people will come to florida, like, excited to see the manities. The thing is, when you do see them, they can be remarkably boring. They look like a big rock basically, in the water. It's just a big gray, smooth lump. And also, they're so slow that if you're not right up on top of them, you can barely tell that they're moving. So it can be a little underwhelming for people who are expecting to see them.
