We prefer five zone model as well. I think it's just a little bit nicer to break down, i think, for the professional athlete who's got a pretty clear idea of what an easy run should look like. We generally steer people away from recovery runs, for example, purely because if you're going out and doing ten cays, just run at ta little bit higher in heart rate. So that's a good one to make sure people are working hard enough, but still keep them in that range. And then at the top we have pass v o two max.
