Is It a Civil Rights Icon?

There was this very odd a moment in the anding discussion, both from the mister cooper and from the bench, where senator cruze was a standing in the footsteps of homerplussy. Ted crewz is a civil rights icon, and i can't hev on i suggesting anything to the contrary. What would you say about plessy sitting in the wrong car? Yes, there is this history that people can set up a test case, but i just thought it was, i don't know, shall we say, ironic, a, that they would look back to a precedent involving trying to establish equality in order to justify a this case which is really all about perpetuating inequality
