There's this odd social perception that i think is changing in different ways, but it's nirty males who have an affinity for computers. Schools could do a service of teaching kids early on to see the opportunity there. If people are able to find something that they're just really good at and that they can improve on overtime, I think those are the individuals that then go and take that mentality with them through life. And even when they fail, or they have to do things they don't want to do, they know that there are other things there that are exciting,. like that they're like motivated by.
Life feels like a bunch of micro-decisions, yet a few macro-decisions often end up determining how you spend most of your time.
Perhaps one of the most significant are the degree you choose and the first job you take. The decisions that follow those are inevitably pulled by their inertia.
