The Fatigue Variable Is So Important for Body Building

A lot of people do when we do programming is to do the short positions first. So, you know, if you're training quads, it's lay extensions usually come before your big movements,. Because they're not a short position is not going to be very fatiguing. And then to minimize your volume on those two minimize and mitigate that fatigue I was talking about. The adaptations that you get from training muscles that longer links, they happen very quickly.
