What's Up With Vanguard?

i talked recently about the new bous hearing aids that are ultra inexpensive. Cosco keeps a very aggressively lowering the price of its hearing aids. In the united states, we pay ten to 20 times what people do in other countries for hearing aids. The customer service from vanguard has not kept up with the growth and customers and assets on hand. It's like dealing with an airline right now. I can never get through to talk to a live human being. And when i can, it takes me over two hours of sitting on hold. They've got to address this. They'vegot to fix it.
