How to Interview a Good Candidate

Good candidates appreciate a very deliberate interview. A soft week chit chat interview is going to turn off a really good candidate. The way I would do it pre this training was I'd show up, I barely know the person's name and just start whatever we're ever we started. We'll cover kind of that intro, like the first time you meet somebody, we'll set up that criteria.
