Covid Pandemic and Hepotitus?

There are a number of viruses known to cause hepotitus, but tests for all those viruses in these children have been negative. An alternative possibility is that there is some kind of toxin these children are being exposed to. But at the moment, none of the usual suspects have turned out to be the cause. It doesn't appear an immediate covid infection is resulting in the hepotitus.
