How to Make Your Environment Really Safe to Record

i feel more relaxed on the mikes than i do on on camera. My least favorite is an instogram story. I haven't put really instogram story face to camera in so long. You'll recognize that it is reps, and i think that is the thing. So basely, if anyone else feels like this too, where theye, maybe have discomfort on camera?
