The Problem With the Securities Act

There's much debate that a lot of these assets are securities. There is no way for them to register as securities or trade as securities once they're already launched. The whole tire idea of an ICO creating this token that can fund something that doesn't dilute the management team really annoyed me. It's ridiculous And if all these things are securities that wouldn't be possible But there is something different in most of the tokens that I do care about and in fact the ones the SEC attacked They didn't attack the thousands of mean coins, they attacked things like Solana polka dot.
