I counted up the number of plants that I had to just make sure that I hit to 30. And I pretty easily got to 30 on the foods that I have where I'm also trying to balance out like a lot of the audiences. For most people, just increasing your fiber in the version and format that works for you because everybody has different foods that work or don't work for them. The average American is 10% plant based and 60% ultra processed based.
