Sleeping in a Circadian Rhythm

If you have dinner late, your body's metabolism is going to go into a situation where it's not going to enter into the repair mode because you've just eaten. Pack your calories in the morning when your insulin is the most sensitive. And then make sure that you're going into sleep with you're already sort of in that repair mode. You're getting as much light as you can at the morning as little light after nine o'clock at night.
