Rit, what would you suggest to someone who might be going through something similar? You know, it's all of us coming from our conditioning not knowing enough and internalizing our own take from every meeting. I just felt like my suggestions were not taken in a room,. And i've had people just ask me, how old are you again? Ah, please teach us that rejections are hard. But i think it is a skill that you learn and how you respond to it.
