It's fugky in sane obviously, that we don't have rent caps in place as a ongoing measure. And so a landlord just can't just kick you out the end of your lease for no reason. But without rent caps, they could just increase the rent enough that it's effectively a defacto no grounds of viction. It is entirely up to them and to their whim. If you don't have one of those good landlords, then you're facked, as far as the law's concern.
