Just building that trust, an alinement that it's really hard to do when you're always justin sort of like an operational meeting every week on things. And then e, you know, in terms of product, specifically, s c p o. A lot of times, in a technology company, great product leaders do come out of engineering. But they don't necessarily give you ampathy or understanding of how complicated executing a go to market is.
