We're more of a spiritual creature than we'd like to admit and there's things that can alter sort of these frequencies around us. The first step in overcoming fear is actually drawing closer to the one who has perfect love which is Jesus, because love overcomes fear. And then the next step of overcoming fear is really to arm ourselves with the truth. You know if we think about what it's like to live in fear it's it's a form of captivity. John 832 says then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. So now that we can understand that this is a war of frequencies we can actually resist fear.
