The Desponding Despotism of the British Empire
The British Empire is built up entirely with the money of India and in great measure by the blood of India. Britain has spent nothing. There is the great injustice that every expenditure occurred even for British interest is charged to India. The overall result of this catalogue of drains is that there were two India's. This India of the Indians became the poorest country in the world after 150 years of British rule to the disgrace of the British name.
