Building Trust in Your Team
You need to train people who are moving into a leadership position for the first time. You have to work so hard at building trusts with your team, and trust is easily lost. Show up and be authentic and be real, and don't have any kind of work mass versus, you know, outside company mask. And as a leader, always do what you say. That creates trust. As a leader, you can show emotion in the work place, but you should have controlled emotion.
