CNN's John Defterios says the story of Nina totenberg wearing a mask was false. The chief justice and soda mayor both released statements saying she didn't ask him to do it, he says. He adds that some people on Twitter were being too cute with their lawyers by not defending her statement in full. Totenberg has been working at the court for just one year but is considered an up-and-coming clerk.
