The Importance of Trust in Higher Education

I'm fascinated by this something you said about the challenge, the cultural challenge and trust. You know, actually higher education can be seen as being perhaps not having a great risk appetite. Where do you think that is at the moment? And how much does that impact on the way that the technology is and things like AI can be embraced by the sector? I think it's hugely important and under discussed topic in the sector.
