Leadership Principles - You Can't Lean on Just One

You have to look at these holistically. You can't over index on any one of em. It takes some practice and takes some wisdom to know which leadership principles do we use in a particular moment. Think of these as levers or tools that you put to work. And you have to use them with good intent. They can be used in in a silly or a exaggerated emotion. But you don't think em through. What's hard is developing new habits. How do we actually do this? That's why, you know, change like this isn't fast, but it's tremendously effective.
