The more apathetic you get, the less likely you are to vote and everyone gets themselves into a vicious cycle. Certain minorities just can't get out of this vicious cycle of government neglect. Then they feel that government neglects them so they don't want to vote. Sounds like a really good reason to make voting mandatory. It's funny you should mention that. Sure, because voting is mandatory here. But we don't want future percent turnout. We want the port of vote. And what happens when you don't?
