The Importance of Patience

The biggest pivotal point in my tenure here was game 82 my third year against Minnesota. If things weren't going to work here, that would be the perfect time for them to get rid of me. Even though we won 46 games, had a great season doing with a lot of young players. And I am so grateful for the patience that our ownership in front of us have shown over these eight years.
