How Much Sleep Do You Need?

Ideally we want to get about four to six complete sleep cycles throughout the night. And this means that we're not like waking up in the middle of these cycles, because an interrupted cycle is not nearly as effective as a complete 90 minute cycle. Most people are going to want to aim for about five cycles, or about seven and a half hours ofsleep at night. You are going to need more or less sleep depending on how much energy use throughout the day.
