How Do You Sort of Extract Yourself From the Downward Spirale?
I feel like a lot of people, including me, have some really glaring incompetencies. Sometimes they just don't know how to use axcel, and they need to send their account to statement at the end of the month. So i guess my concern is, with this conversation, sometimes i feel like it's giving people permission not to develop basic skills. I'm how do you help people kind of, how do you differentiate between being good at something that isn't in your value set?
