In 1 Corinthians 15, Paul tells the Corinthians that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the scriptures. He appeared to see this and then to the 12 and then Paul goes on to list many more eyewitnesses ending up finally with Paul himself. Do you agree with some of the scholars who say that this is a creed that goes back to the mid 30s or so? I think it's quite possible. It could well be something that the Corinthians believers should have been able to know.
