Larry Eiler's Attorney Don't Want to Open Up Larry's Witnesses to Cross Examination
Larry Eiler's attorney didn't put him on the stand and that's not unusual. He doesn't want to open up Larry Eiler to cross examination. That wouldn't be good for his client because it would allow the prosecution to ask about any of the other murders he was suspected of right? So really all that Eiler's lawyer could do was try to undermine the testimony of Dr. Little and of the other guy John but he went a little bit further than that onDr. Little and Dr. Little is going to come into this in a big way.
