How to Be More Social Without Reading Into Every Little Thing That Happens

I would have spent as much time around those frosty people to trying to get them to like me. Instead, I focused on all of the people who were warm, friendly and open. And actually, I enjoyed them in a way that I wouldn't have if I were in the back of my mind was thinking, oh, what's going on over there?
