Nobody likes cold calling. Even just the thought of cold calling is enough to make seasoned real estate investors start to sweat. The waiting, debating, and constant rejection can get to anyone. So why not take the stress out of a tense situation? Why not make cold calling a game? Luke Rotvold decided to do just this. As a new wholesaler, he was used to spending hours on the phone every day.
