The Low Fertility World and the Economic Driven First Transition
I don't think we necessarily end up in the low fertility part of the equation I mean even between I was just in South Korea last week in South Korea women have half the number of children that we have in the UK. Even within the low fertility world there are huge differences and then there are communities and a limited number of countries which seem to be bucking the low fertility trend. We need a different sort of narrative that says you're through the economically driven first transition everybody's got super low infant mortality all good stuff but it means we move into a atomized individualistic low fertility world.
