The Game Design Process at Funko Games Is Totally Different

Funko games is an entirely different atmosphere from what I have ever been in. At Funko you're collaborating with an entire team of people which is like it's amazing to kind of just be in a building where everybody enjoys talking about games on like this scholistic level. You get assigned as a producer and then usually if you're not the hybrid roleyou'll be paired with a lead designer uh a lead game designer sorry but also be paired with graphic designers and possibly an illustrator. Even though there's a lead designer it's usually a team effort because so many people touch them.
